Teri Hofford

Teri Hofford is a body image educator, photographer & author who encourages folks to challenge their body image biases & beliefs so they can move closer to self and body acceptance. “For the last 7 years I focused on using the genre of boudoir to help folks recognize that they were capable of being photographed – while it taught me a lot, over time I realized I was still part of the very problem I was fighting against. Just like I do with clients, I started to strip down my processes, revealing why I had started in the first place: To let folks know that they were perfect as they were and that version was worthy of documentation – without fuss, without excess, without distraction.”
